GSK socks away billions to cover legal costs with Paxil, Avandia
GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) is setting aside another $3.5 billion to cover expenses linked to investigations over its antidepressant Paxil, and other medications. This brings the company’s reserve up to $6.4 billion for legal costs associated with its drugs.
